• Support in building out our physician network — including sourcing, managing job postings and interviewing candidates. • Evaluate physician applicants for role alignment, including verification of licensure, clinical specialization, and relevant experience. • Conduct interviews with physician candidates to gauge interest, credentials and alignment with licensure requirements. • Identify and engage prospective collaborating physicians using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn). • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of physician candidate information, communications, and interview feedback. • Collaborate closely with compliance operations and client success teams to ensure credentialing, licensing, and other requirements are met. • Improve internal onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to support team growth. • Improve people operations processes, ensuring a seamless experience for team members.
• Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, people operations, or related roles. • Excellent spoken and written communication skills. • Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution. • Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
