📋 Description

• Work on activities related to the payment acquiring market or payment methods; • Handle credit, debit and PIX transactions; • Understand the capture and authorization flow; • Apply knowledge of ISO 8583 protocols and transactional communication; • Use POS terminals, TEF and capture solutions; • Analyze and handle operational incidents; • Perform data analysis and problem resolution; • Apply security standards and PCI certifications; • Work on certification and acceptance testing of terminals and applications; • Collaborate on certification, pilot and rollout projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of credit, debit and PIX transactions; • Understanding of the capture and authorization flow; • Knowledge of ISO 8583 protocols and/or transactional communication; • Familiarity with POS terminals, TEF and capture solutions; • Experience in analyzing and handling operational incidents; • Data analysis skills and problem-solving ability; • Knowledge of PCI certifications and security standards for payment methods; • Knowledge of card scheme certifications and release processes; • Experience with certification and acceptance testing of terminals and capture applications; • Experience with card schemes/brands such as Visa, Mastercard, Elo and American Express; • Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis; • Knowledge of SQL for basic queries; • Experience in certification, pilot and rollout projects; • Knowledge of the EMV protocol; • Experience with integration between payment applications and commercial/retail automations; • Technical English for reading documentation and specifications; • Proactivity; • Organization and attention to detail; • Analytical profile; • Sense of urgency; • Teamwork skills; • Ability to manage multiple concurrent demands; • Focus on quality and continuous improvement.
