• Support the flow of operational, technical, and administrative routines within the IT department. • Assist in preparing reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and updating team documentation and records. • Manage and track support tickets, helping to route requests to the appropriate technical teams. • Collaborate with data engineering, AI, and product teams on internal initiatives and daily routines. • Propose straightforward improvements to simplify and organize the team's day-to-day work.
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields. • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data tracking). • Excellent interpersonal communication, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well in a team. • Genuine interest in technology, systems, artificial intelligence, and support processes. • Basic knowledge of or curiosity about databases, task automation, or programming logic. • Prior experience with Service Desk / ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.). • Previous experience in customer support or administrative routines within IT departments.
