📋 Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective), ensuring team cadence and continuous improvement. • Act as Product Owner, managing, refining and prioritizing the backlog, defining requirements and acceptance criteria. • Build and maintain roadmaps oriented to delivering business value. • Remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies between teams. • Monitor agile indicators such as velocity, burndown, predictability and other delivery KPIs. • Lead executive meetings and report project progress to stakeholders. • Support the implementation of agile best practices in a Data Governance project.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) working as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner. • Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban and Agile environments. • Strong experience facilitating squads, backlog management, roadmapping and prioritization of demands. • Knowledge of agile metrics, risk management, impediment resolution and project governance. • Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management. • Advanced English is mandatory for this project. • Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) — desirable. • Experience in Data Governance projects — desirable. • Experience in large enterprise environments — desirable. • Knowledge of Agile Hub — desirable. • PSM or CSM certification — desirable. • PSPO or CSPO certification — desirable.
