• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote the adoption of Scrum best practices • Support planning, tracking, and coordination of the team's deliveries • Remove impediments and help the team maintain a healthy workflow • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and other stakeholders • Monitor risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement • Support priority management and alignment across different work streams • Promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team • Contribute to the organization and governance of ongoing initiatives.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies • Experience coordinating programs, projects, or multiple initiatives • Experience in stakeholder management • Ability to identify and mitigate risks • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams • Advanced or fluent English for daily communication
• Participation in international projects • Collaborative environment with continuous learning • Autonomy to propose improvements and drive change • Interaction with multidisciplinary teams and global stakeholders
