📋 Description

• Act as the liaison between IT teams and business areas, ensuring alignment of requirements and solutions; • Participate in the implementation, configuration and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions; • Support the definition and analysis of functional requirements, ensuring their translation into effective technical solutions; • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) in the role of Scrum Master; • Ensure proper application of Agile Scrum practices and promote the team's continuous improvement; • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication; • Monitor delivery progress and ensure achievement of defined objectives;

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years' experience in similar IT projects; • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service; • Experience as a Scrum Master, with Agile Scrum practices; • Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities; • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and international environments; • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; • Fluent English;
