📋 Description

• Lead agile teams working on significant digital products, providing real autonomy within a collaborative environment. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, review, daily stand-up, retrospective). • Remove impediments and protect the team from interruptions. • Promote continuous improvement and a culture of feedback. • Support the Product Owner with backlog management practices. • Monitor agile metrics and advise the team’s decision-making. • Serve as an agility reference for stakeholders. • Run workshops and training sessions on agile methods.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Scrum Master in digital product teams. • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and agile principles (Lean, empiricism, etc.). • Experience with distributed/remote teams. • Facilitation skills, conflict mediation and team coaching capabilities. • English for professional communication. • Experience with agile metrics (lead time, throughput, CFD, burndown).
