📋 Description

• Serve as the focal point for support and mentoring of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio makers • Support users in creating, maintaining, and enhancing applications, flows, and agents, promoting operational excellence • Manage access, permissions, and Solutions across Power Platform environments, ensuring operational compliance and security • Conduct technical reviews and support solution deployments across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments, ensuring a consistent application lifecycle (ALM) • Support the implementation and sustainability of governance, security, DLP, and compliance practices, working directly with global and local teams • Monitor platform usage and promote troubleshooting and technical support initiatives, documenting processes, procedures, and development standards • Act as the liaison between the Local Admin, Global CoE, users, and other involved teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with Power Platform in a corporate environment • Experience supporting and assisting business users (makers) • Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) • Strong documentation and process organization skills • Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with global teams and technical documentation • Collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented approach • Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) • Experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows) • Knowledge of and experience with Copilot Studio • Basic administration of Power Platform environments (DEV, UAT, and PROD) • Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform connectors • Management of permissions, access, and Solutions • Knowledge of governance, security, and DLP • Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support to users • This position is also open to people with disabilities (PwD)
