📋 Description

• Work on the development and maintenance of the ITAM module, with a focus on Software Asset Management (SAM) • Register and maintain software contracts and licensing • Manage the relationships between contracts, licenses and CMDB items • Normalize and organize software data • Identify opportunities for compliance and license optimization • Associate licenses, contracts and usage rights to CMDB items • Create dashboards and reports on usage, compliance and cost savings • Develop and implement improvements and automations on the ServiceNow platform

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow • Knowledge of the ITAM module, with a focus on SAM • Experience in development and customization on the platform • Knowledge of CMDB and asset management • Experience with automations, integrations, dashboards and reporting • Analytical profile and ability to identify and solve problems
