📋 Description

• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, identifying bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities. • Analyze data, policies, SOPs and process documentation. • Conduct interviews with business and technical areas. • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Architecture, Design and Technology teams. • Support automation of processes and digital products, pursuing efficiency and innovation. • Develop improvement plans, support implementations and produce documentation. • Monitor local and international market trends and best practices. • Contribute to strengthening the Process and Change Management chapter. • Support the evolution of maturity in Agile and Lean Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed). • Solid experience in process mapping and process engineering. • Experience conducting interviews, workshops and mapping sessions. • Experience with process automation and digital products. • Proactive and analytical mindset to propose solutions. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Lean Yellow Belt certification (minimum). • Knowledge of Scrum, agile ceremonies and Microsoft Visio. • Advanced English.
