📋 Description

• Understand business processes and identify the best strategy for automating them • Design, develop, test, and implement automations primarily using Blue Prism • Develop solutions following best practices for architecture, security, performance, reusability, and maintainability • Create and maintain Business Objects, Processes, Work Queues, Environment Variables, Credentials, and reusable components in Blue Prism • Develop structured exception handling, retry, logging, and automation recovery mechanisms • Monitor changes identified during development, testing, user acceptance testing, and production, ensuring alignment with requirements • Participate in code reviews and ensure the technical quality of solutions • Identify opportunities to improve, optimize, and enhance the stability of automations • Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams throughout the solutions' life cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience developing RPA solutions using Blue Prism • Advanced knowledge of Process Studio, Object Studio, Application Modeller, Work Queues, Exception Handling, Retry and Recovery, Credentials, Environment Variables, Schedules, Control Room, and Release Management • Experience automating web, desktop, Excel, SAP, and legacy applications • Experience with integrations via APIs, Web Services, or databases • Ability to create reusable components, objects, and functions • Knowledge of RPA development best practices, version control, and governance • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Analytical ability and a critical perspective on business processes • Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban (Jira) • Ability to propose technical and process improvements based on analysis and requirements gathering • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, particularly Power Automate Desktop and Cloud, is a plus
