📋 Description

• Provide Level 1 technical support by phone, chat, email, or in person, recording tickets in ITSM tools • Diagnose and perform basic maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals • Install and configure operating systems, productivity tools, and corporate software • Reset passwords, create users in Active Directory (AD), and configure email accounts • Assist with configuring Wi-Fi networks, VPNs, and basic structured cabling • Keep the knowledge base up to date by documenting technical procedures and solutions to recurring issues • Prioritize tickets according to defined service levels (SLAs) and monitor their resolution • Advise users on the proper use of technology resources and IT best practices

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Technical education or a college degree is a plus • Previous experience in a similar role
