📋 Description

• Responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business needs into technical requirements by designing and implementing software solutions to optimize operations • Lead discovery sessions and interviews to gather requirements for system and process improvements • Define and document process flows, mockups, user stories, and business rules for team alignment • Recommend and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance • Align solutions with organizational goals by partnering with business and IT teams • Develop technical specifications and collaborate with development and QA teams for accurate implementation • Manage end-to-end UAT, including planning, execution, and validation • Create training strategies and documentation to support system adoption • Oversee deliverables, timelines, and status reporting for assigned initiatives • Analyze data to generate insights influencing business decisions and continuous improvement • Contribute to system governance by developing standards and best practices • Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS or related field • Typically requires 2-4 years of related work experience
