📋 Description

• Design, develop, and evolve business-critical services and features • Participate in technical and architectural decisions by evaluating trade-offs and proposing sustainable solutions • Take ownership of production systems, monitoring their behavior, performance, availability, and evolution • Build applications with performance, scalability, security, availability, reliability, and resilience in mind • Identify technical, architectural, or development-process gaps and propose improvements • Ensure quality through automated testing, code reviews, observability, and engineering best practices • Investigate and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and preventing recurrence • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to define and evolve solutions • Act as a technical reference, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of other engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in backend software development • Experience developing applications and services using Go (Golang) • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and/or MySQL • Experience developing and maintaining APIs and system integrations • Knowledge of automated testing strategies and best practices • Ability to critically analyze code, architecture, and documentation • Experience working with production applications, with a focus on observability, reliability, and performance • Ability to discuss technical solutions, evaluate trade-offs, and communicate decisions clearly • Strong collaboration skills in code reviews • Autonomy to drive complex problems from understanding through production resolution • Ability to strategically use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, or similar solutions • Maintain critical thinking and accountability for code, architecture, security, and technical decisions produced with the support of AI tools
