📋 Description

• Serve as the technical point of contact for partners, participating in alignment meetings and kickoffs. • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, conducting root cause analyses. • Map, design, document, and optimize operational processes. • Create technical documentation, checklists, and playbooks. • Collaborate with Product teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of APIs, SDKs, and other solutions. • Manage a portfolio of new partners during the onboarding process.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Background: Understanding of basic concepts related to APIs, SDKs, and transaction/payment flows. • Relationship Mindset: Ability to lead conversations with partners, uncover their business model, and propose the best solution. • Root Cause Focus: Not just addressing symptoms but identifying and fixing underlying causes. • Collaboration and Mentorship Spirit (#teamplay): You share knowledge rather than hoard it.
