• Manage a strategic portfolio of clients, working to retain them, increase transactional volume and improve profitability; • Build consultative relationships with key decision-makers and larger clients, understanding their context, pain points and business opportunities; • Lead complex commercial negotiations, including contract renegotiations, churn recovery and competitive proposals; • Act proactively to identify risks of customer attrition, revenue decline or market movements; • Map portfolio performance indicators to enable quick and efficient decision-making; • Serve as a lead contributor in internal projects, process improvements and team development; • Ensure excellence in the execution of commercial agreements and monitor post-negotiation results.
• Experience in customer retention (churn handling / negotiation / cancellation); • Experience with outbound or direct negotiation-based customer servicing (voice or direct negotiation); • Experience working with targets and performance indicators; • Ability to argue and negotiate in real time; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed; • Experience managing multiple channels; • Must not have participated in this selection process within the last 6 months
