• Rapid Estimation: Create Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates within 24 hours using historical data. • Procurement & Negotiation: Call US vendors, verify quotes, and negotiate deals. • Scoping & Logic: Identify scope gaps and account for all necessary components. • Value Engineering: Spot cost-effective solutions that maintain quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in residential estimation or related field • C2 Level English proficiency • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Cognitive agility for detailed projects and big picture assessment • Strong negotiation skills for vendor communications • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
