📋 Description

• Create conceptual estimates with minimal information to assist while guiding clients early on in a project. • Identify and coordinate electrical trade partners throughout the planning phase. • Help manage the electrical estimating process and create electrical estimating databases • Collect/organize all bid information for input into historical cost database platform • Identify the expenses related to electrical applications. • Conduct reviews of milestone documents to identify changes in work scope and develop pricing of value alternative opportunities • Assist field operations with change order pricing

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in electrical estimating with projects ranging from $1 million and larger is preferred. • Proficiency in Estimating Software systems • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plans, and terminology. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, technology trends, and Bluebeam beneficial. • Excellent mathematical skills and organizational abilities. • Effective communication with vendors, customers, field personnel, and colleagues.
