📋 Description
• Build the foundation for enterprise learning • Design and implement centralized L&D framework • Own and evolve onboarding experience • Collaborate with department leaders for skill gaps • Define and track KPIs for learning programs • Create and lead a functional training team
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in Learning & Development • At least 3 years owning a training function or program portfolio end-to-end • Demonstrated success designing and scaling a training program • Multimodal learning design approach • Hands-on experience designing programs for practical application • Strong collaboration skills • Data-driven measurement of training impact • AI tools experience is a plus
