📋 Description

• Own how the company actually operates, end to end, across all of our products • Make our operating model real with clear roles, responsibilities, teams and processes • Hiring at pace and at a high bar, line management at scale • Own what we spend across SaaS, AI and cloud • Ensure high delivery rigour for major client moments • Drive our internal operating layer with AI, skills, and automation • Lead operating leadership, define roles or processes as needed

🎯 Requirements

• You have run operations in a fast-moving, high-growth technology or SaaS environment • You are hands-on as well as strategic • You are direct, you hold people to account • You are already using AI to get leverage • You might have built or run something of your own, or operated at COO / Head of Operations / senior operating level somewhere that was scaling hard.
