📋 Description

• Run recruitment end to end: innovating, using the latest technology, moving quickly, and not letting strong candidates go cold. • Get our software set up and running across clients efficiently and effectively. • Handle front-line client work, directly interrogating usage of products and resolving issues. • Run evals on new models in our AI stack and keep the team on the right tooling rather than the default. • Own what we spend in infrastructure and cloud billing, finding waste and cutting it.

🎯 Requirements

• Comfort with owning ambiguity • Ability to talk to developers, read a billing dashboard, run evals, and take client calls • Experience in a fast/high growth environment where the scope was undefined. • Sharpen your technical skills and be hungry to take on more as you grow. • Prior experience in hiring, recruitment, or product operations is a plus.
