📋 Description

• Administer HR/benefits processes for clients’ employees in the EMEA region • Resolve cases and enter HR/benefits data into the system • Collaborate with clients to resolve service requests and escalated employee issues • Work with Strada colleagues, third-party providers, and client contacts to ensure seamless process delivery • Process reports using data extraction tools to meet client plan rules and resolve issues • Work with Excel calculation sheets • Analyze system data to identify functionality gaps against client plan rules and determine root causes • Execute test plans for quality assurance • Provide input into process design and technology capabilities from an HR process/benefits perspective • Develop creative solutions to improve and optimize client delivery • Participate in Internal Acceptance Testing and support User Acceptance Testing • Oversee and coach others for specific projects or processes • Contribute to and lead projects using standard project management disciplines • Participate in process transition from client to Strada office

🎯 Requirements

• English Language – C1 Level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent) • Dutch Language – C1 level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent) • At least 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration/HR Administration/Payroll area • Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to details • Good understanding of delivering an outstanding customer experience • Understanding of the project life cycle and deployment governance • High level exposure in fast paced environment • Great time management skills • Experience in MS Office • Very good knowledge of MS Excel • Working experience in Benifex or SAP HR system would be an asset • High level of self-motivation and proactivity is required • Spotless record and strong ethos • Current and future work authorization in the country where applying, without visa sponsorship by Strada
