📋 Description
• Prepare payroll lists according to the Polish payroll calendar • Calculate salaries • Prepare PIT reports and settlement documents for ZUS • Update and maintain payroll-process procedures and documentation according to instructions • Participate in payroll-related projects
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Polish payroll-related position • Very good knowledge of Polish payroll regulations • Advanced English skills, spoken and written • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel • Familiarity with Płatnik software • Ability to think analytically and work in a team • Knowledge of SAP is an additional asset • Current and future work authorization in Poland without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks
