📋 Description
• Independently and autonomously prepare payroll accounting for Swiss customers, including mini-jobs, students, temporary staff, interns, and short-term employees • Maintain master and transaction data • Perform time recording and certification • Create statistics and evaluations • Act as contact person for assigned customers and various offices, health insurance companies, and social insurance carriers • Implement the year-end process • Answer questions resulting from the year-end process
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll • Proficiency in Abacus system • Good written and spoken English skills • German or French as a plus • Practical experience with a common billing system • Knowledge of income tax and social security law • Experienced handling of common MS Office tools, especially Excel • Independent, conscientious, and well-structured way of working • Strong service and customer orientation
