📋 Description

• Process payroll end to end according to defined standards and client requirements • Monitor and manage ticket queues using appropriate BI tools • Utilize the hrX suite for payroll processing and associated activities • Understand and interpret payslips and payroll calendars • Identify deviations from standard service scope and support change request opportunities • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Produce and understand standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reporting • Review and validate data accuracy and completeness and initiate corrections • Answer payroll-related questions and requests • Support and execute SOC1 controls • Maintain and apply defined work instructions • Perform transactions with third parties • Provide knowledge transfers to peers • Support root cause analysis, system maintenance testing, and technical issue coordination and resolution • Maintain current knowledge of legislation, system updates, changes, and payroll procedures • Participate in assigned projects and activities • Meet security, compliance, quality, and customer SLA standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment and independently while adhering to processes and procedures • BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 2–3 years of relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate environment • HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred • Experience working with HR and payroll data desirable
