âą Support the associates and specialists on their team to be able to independently process payroll âą Ensure that the Payroll calendar is followed and understand standard and client specific payroll reports âą Effectively manage and monitor ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines âą Effectively manage and monitor all client SLAs using the appropriate tools âą Manage and Identify deviations from the contractually defined standard scope âą Strong ability to coach, develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback and share business updates as appropriate
âą English is a must âą Good understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint âą 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment âą HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred âą Payroll certifications âą Experience managing small-medium scale projects âą Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment âą Excellent written and verbal skills âą Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
