• Provide support and consultancy for SAP HCM Payroll, with a focus on Polish payroll and Time Management. • Support configuration, customization, and enhancement of SAP HCM Payroll solutions in line with business and legal requirements. • Deliver AMS services, including incident handling, change requests, system optimisation. • Support ongoing compliance with Polish labour law, tax, and social security regulations. • Take part in payroll testing, year‑end activities, and legal updates • Cooperate closely with cross‑functional teams: HR, Payroll, IT, and international AMS teams • Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
• Hands‑on experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, in an AMS or other outsourcing support model (post go‑live) • Practical knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management for Poland • Good knowledge of Polish payroll legislation, including ZUS, PIT, and statutory reporting • Basic understanding of integration with other SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, OM) is an advantage • Fluent Polish (native or near‑native level) is required • Good command of English, written and spoken • Ability to analyse SAP HCM issues and propose practical solutions • Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team • Demonstrates an agile mindset, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
