📋 Description

• Independently process UK payroll end to end according to defined standards and client requirements • Monitor and manage ticket queues using appropriate BI tools • Utilize the hrX suite of tools for payroll processing and associated activities • Understand and interpret payslips • Understand and follow the payroll calendar • Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and support change request opportunities • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Produce and understand standard and client-specific payroll reports, including statutory year-end reporting • Review and validate data and initiate corrections • Answer payroll-related questions and requests • Support and execute SOC1 Controls • Maintain and apply defined work instructions • Perform transactions with third parties • Provide knowledge transfers to peers • Support the Root Cause Analysis process • Support and manage system maintenance testing • Support technical issue coordination and resolution • Maintain current knowledge of legislation requirements, system updates, changes, and payroll procedures • Participate in assigned projects and activities

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment • HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment • Attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal skills • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures • Successful completion of background checks, where permitted by law and as appropriate for the role
