📋 Description
• Advertise job openings and source candidates through various channels • Review résumés based on the requirements of each position • Contact candidates via WhatsApp and present job opportunities • Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews • Update spreadsheets and recruitment systems on candidate progress • Follow up on responses and support the next stages of the selection process
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills • Experience in recruitment and selection—particularly for operations and sales positions—is a plus
