📋 Description
• Responsible for assisting customers and their Stratasys printers • Installations, general maintenance, upgrades, preventative maintenance and customer training • Build ongoing customer relationships • Traveling regularly to customer sites and working remotely • Be the face of Stratasys
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • 1+ year in a field service/representative role • 1+ year of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience • Reliable personal vehicle (no motorcycles/bicycles) with space for tools and equipment • 2-year Technical Degree (Nice to Have) • Additional year of mechanical/electrical experience (Nice to Have) • Experience with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM (Nice to Have) • Remote work experience (Nice to Have) • Strong customer-facing skills (Nice to Have)
