• Lead the next phase of SRS storytelling, from content and design to PR and media • Responsible for enhancing the firm’s marketing and promotional activities • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and supervision to Marketing Associates • Monitor and curate visual and verbal brand standards across all global divisions • Manage the application of brand logos, typography, and graphic elements • Lead all design projects and interface with internal/external resources • Design and update high-impact sales materials, including capabilities decks • Supply strong brand level communication elements for RFPs • Convert complex captive insurance concepts into clear narratives • Manage production of video elements for social media and brand • Develop infographics and diagrams illustrating SRS’s captive structures • Examine competitive and marketplace trends and make strategic recommendations • Create event ready branded materials • Support transition of HubSpot into a strategic CRM Hub • Manage content updates for the SRS website and microsites • Oversee SRS LinkedIn page content strategy • Develop SRS paid media strategy • Coordinate the development and distribution of engaging content
• 5-7 years prior marketing experience with a B2B focus • Experience mentoring and supervising junior team members • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) • Experience managing and optimizing B2B Social Media platforms (LinkedIn) • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent field • Proficient with MS Office suite, Adobe creative suite • Strong communications and writing skills for developing effective messaging • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities • Self-manager with motivation to perform at a high level in a remote work environment • Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting, content generation and research
