• Join Streets as Assistant Accounts Manager: lead high‑quality accounts & tax work for clients, in a supportive, remote, growth‑driven team. • Serve as a point of contact for client queries, offering clear and accurate advice relating to accounts work being prepared. • Manage workflow across your accounts work to ensure deadlines are met. • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent standards of service. • Prepare and review year‑end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and companies. • Prepare corporation tax computations and returns alongside accounts. • Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements and statutory deadlines.
• 5+ years experience working in an accountancy practice. • Strong understanding of accounts preparation and corporation tax. • Previous managerial experience. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Desirable ACA/ACCA/SAIPA/CA(SA) qualified or part‑qualified (or equivalent experience). • Experience using cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage). • Solid technical knowledge of IFRS, FRS 102 1A and FRS 105. • Experience working with media or creative industry clients. • Ability to support business development or process improvement initiatives.
