📋 Description

• Own the strategy, design, and execution of platform integrations • Build and scale a high-performing integrations team • Ensure robustness, security, and HIPAA compliance of integrations • Collaborate closely with Product, Clinical, Security, and Customer Success teams • Deliver EHR connectors and define integration roadmap • Audit current integrations and define service level agreements • Establish gold-standard CI/CD and reduce integration incident rate • Recruit, mentor, and grow an integrations team

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience • 3+ years of experience managing and scaling teams • Deep integrations experience across industries • Strong system design skills such as microservices and REST or gRPC • Hands-on coding in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript • CI/CD and cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Security and compliance knowledge (HIPAA and SOC 2) • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders • Experience at a Series A or B AI or healthcare startup • Working knowledge of ML, AI, and LLMs
