âą University degree in Mechanical Engineering. âą Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industry. âą Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. âą Autonomy, organization, and self-motivation. âą Proficiency in English (C1 level). âą Availability for travel. âą Flexibility and creativity.
