📋 Description

• Designing, implementing, and refining contract management processes. • Leading end-to-end delivery of legal projects and engaging with stakeholders. • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex and high-value commercial contracts. • Providing strategic guidance and risk-based assessment of contractual terms. • Supporting and advising cross-functional teams on contract-related matters. • Supporting strategic initiatives and scaling of legal operations.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in law (LL.B., preferably LL.M.) • 6+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel or Senior Counsel in an international tech environment. • Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements governed primarily by English law. • Proven experience with legal process improvement and contract lifecycle management tools. • Solid understanding of data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR. • Nice to have: Experience in IT, fintech, or regtech companies; familiarity with AML/KYC and compliance-related principles.
