📋 Description

• Provide legal advice and support on international commercial matters across EVERSANA’s business lines • Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements • Support commercialization and delivery of services in ex-US markets • Partner with business teams to execute commercial priorities in international markets • Identify and assess legal risks across multiple jurisdictions • Advise on contractual, regulatory, and data-related considerations impacting international operations • Coordinate legal support with regional stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Advise on privacy and data considerations, particularly in Europe and other privacy-centric jurisdictions • Collaborate with Privacy and Compliance teams on data-related risks • Integrate enterprise privacy considerations into commercial agreements and business practices • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Finance, HR, and business leaders across regions • Build strong working relationships across teams to facilitate efficient and consistent legal support • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Think strategically and apply sound judgment in complex, cross-border environments • Deliver practical solutions that enable business execution • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law and admission to practice • 12–15+ years of relevant legal experience • Proven experience supporting international or cross-border commercial operations • Mandatory relevant experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry in a similar role • Strong experience in commercial contracting and business counseling • Experience working in a global or highly matrixed organization • Experience supporting ex-US or international commercial operations • Familiarity with data privacy frameworks such as GDPR • Exposure to employment considerations in international markets • Strong commercial judgment and business-oriented mindset • Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to diverse stakeholders • Ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and functions • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and oral communication skills
