📋 Description

• Maintain the global tax and compliance calendar, tracking due dates, dependencies, owners, extensions, payments, and filing status. • Prepare and organize workpapers, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for external tax, statutory, and compliance advisors. • Assist with federal, state, local, and international income tax compliance, indirect tax, property tax, information reporting, and other business filings. • Review and record intercompany charges, allocations, management fees, royalties, loans, interest, and other cross-entity activity. • Reconcile intercompany due-to/due-from balances, investigate differences, coordinate confirmations, and prepare settlement schedules. • Maintain transfer pricing documentation and provide schedules and transaction-level support. • Identify transactions requiring withholding, documentation, or reporting and coordinate technical conclusions. • Prepare recurring tax-related journal entries and account reconciliations; support tax provisions, rollforwards, and close requirements. • Respond to tax authority and auditor information requests and maintain audit-ready records. • Document procedures, strengthen review controls, and standardize compliance and intercompany processes. • Translate compliance requirements into clear requests and timelines for cross-functional and local teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field required. • Three to five years of progressive experience in tax accounting, corporate accounting or public accounting • Fluency in English • Working knowledge of income tax compliance, account reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and general ledger processes; international exposure strongly preferred. • Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems and large data sets. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, follow up consistently, and maintain precise supporting documentation. • CPA, EA, Master's degree in Taxation, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. • Experience working in a multi-entity environment preferred.
