Sunfire is an electrolysis specialist developing and manufacturing industrial-scale electrolyzers (AEL and SOEC) for green hydrogen production. The company supplies pressurized alkaline and solid-oxide electrolyzers and deploys P2X solutions for industrial customers such as refineries to support decarbonization and the energy transition. Sunfire focuses on engineering, production capacity scaling, and partnering with industry to enable large-scale green hydrogen adoption.

📋 Description

• Service ownership for Microsoft 365, including responsibility for all M365 services. • Leading the managed services partners in the M365 environment. • Overseeing the delivery of our M365 IT services and ensuring smooth operation. • Implementing security baselines, DLP, and sensitivity labels, and maintaining the service risk register.

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, you have a degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent vocational training. • You have solid knowledge of IT service management (e.g., ITIL). • At least 5 years of experience in service management of modern M365 environments. • Proven experience in vendor management and audit procedures. • Project management experience is a plus. • Knowledge of Microsoft IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
