📋 Description

• Preparation, review and maintenance of framework agreements • Execution of tenders and obtaining comparative offers • Oversight of contract durations, notice periods and price adjustment clauses • Regular coordination with suppliers and internal specialist departments • Preparation of decision papers for department management and executive leadership • Responsibility for cross-site framework contract management • Coordination of contract drafting in close cooperation with multiple power plant sites • Further development of procurement processes and contract standards • Regular contract analyses and evaluations to identify potential savings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration (BBA), Business Law or Industrial Engineering • Alternatively, completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk) with additional qualification in contract management or procurement • At least three years of relevant professional experience (e.g., as a Contract Manager or Buyer) • Experience in the energy sector or an industrial/technical environment • Proficient in MS Office products • Very good written and spoken German • Possession of a valid driving licence (Class B)
