Sunfire is an electrolysis specialist developing and manufacturing industrial-scale electrolyzers (AEL and SOEC) for green hydrogen production. The company supplies pressurized alkaline and solid-oxide electrolyzers and deploys P2X solutions for industrial customers such as refineries to support decarbonization and the energy transition. Sunfire focuses on engineering, production capacity scaling, and partnering with industry to enable large-scale green hydrogen adoption.

📋 Description

• Lead an interdisciplinary team of engineers • Responsible for meeting quality, schedule and cost targets • Handle process approvals and non-conformity management • Conduct internal process audits and ensure inspection/test planning • Work closely with specialist departments to resolve issues • Responsible for internal reporting (KPIs)

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or a related field • Experience in quality assurance and quality management within production • Solid knowledge of QA/QC systems according to ISO 9001 requirements • Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1 level) • Knowledge of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) — a plus, not required • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (category B / car)
