📋 Description

• Lead client projects end-to-end: gather requirements, request necessary data, manage projects along milestones and deadlines, and deliver results • Create concrete deliverables, including gap analyses, project tracking, and final reports; prospectively also ratings, analyses, and CO₂ footprints • Use the Sunhat software to implement client projects • Guide clients through regulatory-heavy ESG and compliance processes and make complex regulations understandable • Handle direct client communication, including kick-offs, status updates, critical inquiries, and closing presentations • Develop templates, processes, and documentation to build the Proof Services area • Align consulting and customer success closely

🎯 Requirements

• Independently manage client projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, deadline management, and presenting outcomes • Analytical thinking • Affinity for ESG or compliance topics and willingness to quickly learn new regulations • Comfort with changing requirements and open questions in a scaling environment • Ability to craft clear, persuasive storylines for presentations and client communications from limited or incomplete information • Ability to build trust across team boundaries • Fluent German and English for daily client communication • Prior experience in ESG or compliance is nice-to-have but not required • This position is not an entry-level consulting role; experience managing client projects independently is specifically sought
