📋 Description

• Review and process thousands of addresses to identify corresponding utility providers • Accurately enter utility provider information into a designated database • Verify entered data and correct discrepancies • Conduct online research to find and confirm utility provider information • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information • Generate and update reports as required • Make phone calls to providers to ensure provider accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous experience in data entry, research, or a related field preferred • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Fast and accurate typing skills • Experience using data entry software or systems • Ability to conduct online research about utility providers • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word • Familiarity with database management systems • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to verify and validate data • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage time effectively and handle high-volume work efficiently • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new processes and tools • Familiarity with utility services and providers is a plus • Knowledge of GIS or mapping tools is preferred • Experience working with utility companies or in a related industry is preferred • Must be able to work shifts from either 9am–6pm CT or 10am–7pm CT during the week and weekends • Specifically requires weekend availability • Must be able to handle repetitive tasks and maintain focus over extended periods • Must be able to pass a background check • Contractor must provide their own equipment meeting technical specifications
