📋 Description
• Preside over administrative hearings via teleconference or video conferencing platforms • Review case files, administer oaths, and evaluate witness testimony • Draft legally binding written findings of fact and final decisions • Maintain efficient case flow and document proceeding notes
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law in good standing (Arizona State Bar preferred) • Minimum of 2–3+ years of experience conducting administrative hearings • Proficiency with remote hearing tools (MS Teams/Zoom) • Legal research and writing skills
