📋 Description

• Partner with middle and senior managers to translate business goals into HR strategies and concrete actions • Use HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and drive data-informed conversations at all levels • Support organizational design: structure, role definitions, workforce planning • Contribute to job architecture - leveling, grading, and KPI frameworks • Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, development, internal mobility, and offboarding • Develop and maintain HR policies and processes that work for the business, not just for compliance • Coach and guide managers on people management, employee relations, and HR processes • Identify organizational challenges early, propose practical solutions, and follow through on implementation • Lead and contribute to HR projects end-to-end - from design to delivery • Collaborate closely with the FinOps Manager on payroll, accruals, and compensation-related matters • Work in tight coordination with the HR Operations / People Partner Manager and Recruiter to keep the people function running smoothly and consistently

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR, with 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or HR Lead capacity • Proven experience working directly with middle and senior management • Background in international or multicultural environments • Strong expertise in Performance Management and the full Employee Lifecycle • Experience navigating complex ER situations - conflicts, retention challenges, and offboarding • Confident working with HR data: metrics, reporting, analytics - you bring evidence to the table, not just instinct • English B2+ (used in daily work) • Kyiv-based (preferred) • ✦ PLUS: Familiarity with Ukrainian employment specifics - gig contracts, PE arrangements and military registration
