• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field • 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience • CHRP preferred • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, lead multiple projects, prioritize, and manage a high volume of tasks, deadlines, requirements, and decisions • Strong knowledge of systems and technology
