📋 Description

• Build full-stack AI agents that complete valuable, role-specific workflows across customers' everyday tools • Develop end-to-end agent workflow experiences, from triggers and context gathering through user interactions and completed actions • Build and deepen connector capabilities, including reads, writes, authentication, administration, and observability • Prototype new agent experiences and test them with users • Use feedback and data to guide product and technical decisions • Collaborate with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions • Establish reusable technical foundations and engineering practices for future agents • Start building and pushing code in the first week and ship impactful features within the first few months • Contribute to a data-driven, experimentation-first culture

🎯 Requirements

• Readiness to tackle challenges across product, infrastructure, and integrations • Knowledge of modern web development, API design, and testing tools • Experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale • Understanding of authentication, data flows, and third-party service integrations • Comfort working with data and experimentation to inform decisions • Deep care for reliability, quality, and end-user experience • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate across teams • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance • Ability to proactively manage tasks and priorities across multiple projects • Ability to analyze and execute work efficiently • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments • Based in Ukraine
