• Superior Contracting & Maintenance, a rapidly growing company in the construction industry, is seeking a motivated Vendor Recruiter. • As a Vendor Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, recruiting, and attracting talented vendors. • You will use various recruitment methods, including internal systems, social media, referrals, and field methods. • Collaborate closely with operational team members to identify current and future hiring needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience in vendor recruitment, preferably in the construction industry. • Ability to conduct various types of interviews, such as structured, competency-based, and stress interviews. • Experience with different selection processes, including video interviewing, phone interviewing, and reference checks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members. • Strong decision-making skills to evaluate candidates and make hiring decisions. • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail. • Detailed-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in recruitment procedures.
