📋 Description

• Manage timelines and deliverables for low voltage installs, including data cabling, CCTV, and access control. • Daily management of Zoho Desk for service tickets and Zoho Projects for long-form deployments. • Act as the bridge between clients and field technicians, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. • Maintain obsessive levels of detail in project notes, hardware inventories, and close-out reports. • Handle incoming communications via Dialpad and jump between independent tasks and collaborative team goals without missing a beat.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in a project coordination or service admin role, preferably within the low voltage or IT industry. • A solid understanding of Ubiquiti networking, access control systems, IP cameras, and structured cabling. • Prior experience with Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects is highly preferred. • Exceptional written and verbal English is non-negotiable. You must be able to communicate complex technical details clearly. • A quiet, distraction-free workspace. • A reliable, high-speed internet connection. • Dual monitor setup for efficient multitasking. • PC hardware: Intel i7 processor (or equivalent) or better.
