📋 Description

• Support AI enablement initiatives by working across business and technical teams to understand current processes, tooling, data flows, and operational requirements • Document workflows and assess readiness for AI adoption • Work closely with stakeholders across business, engineering, security, compliance, legal, and operations teams • Gather and document business, operational, functional, and security requirements related to AI initiatives and tooling • Document current-state workflows and end-to-end processes across departments • Map systems, data sources, ownership, access permissions, and data flows • Identify process pain points, dependencies, operational constraints, and inefficiencies • Conduct gap analysis across existing processes, tooling, and workflows • Identify data readiness gaps including data access, governance, quality and ownership • Support prioritization of findings, dependencies, and recommendations for AI enablement • Solicit and readily accept constructive feedback • Demonstrate close attention to detail and thorough review of one’s work with a focus on quality • Understand the value of workflows, efficiency, and accuracy when processing repetitive operational tasks with high accountability • Be solutions-focused, viewing challenges as an opportunity to resolve problems and work through them • Exhaust available resources and materials to resolve issues but know how to seek consultation from peers and seniors when needed • Exhibit good stakeholder management, ensuring client expectations are set and able to recalibrate when necessary • Express ideas and suggestions in support of the team’s success • See tasks through to completion and offer support as needed • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, leadership, and client contacts • Collaborate closely with team leader/manager regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activities

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience • At least 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement ,Project Management and Data Analysis • Good written and oral communication skills in English • Requirements gathering and documentation • Process mapping and workflow analysis • Gap analysis and root cause analysis • Business process improvement • User story and use case creation • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Stakeholder management • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts • Knowledge of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) • Ability to identify business processes suitable for AI and automation • Prompt engineering and AI workflow design • Understanding of AI risks, governance, and ethical considerations • Basic understanding of databases and cloud platforms
