📋 Description

• Execute "rinse and repeat" outbound activities, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social media outreach, to identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted markets • Respond promptly and professionally to all new business inquiries via phone, email, or chat to ensure no lead is missed • Evaluate leads against minimum criteria to determine their fit with the organization’s target client profile before passing them to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) or Business Development Executives (BDEs) • Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives • Use Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack, and Google to accurately track and manage all sales activities, leads, and opportunities • Conduct in-depth research to master the organization’s products/services and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs while adhering to all company policies • Participate in training programs and learning modules to improve knowledge of products and processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or an equivalent role • Experience in a call center environment is highly preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including high-level presentation and negotiation skills • Proficient in using computers and software, with specific experience in Salesforce and Hubspot • Ability to handle the "rinse and repeat" nature of outbound calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism • A background in the automotive industry is considered a strong advantage (nice-to-have) • Must be able to work the 9 AM – 6 PM EST US Hours shift (M-F) from a remote Philippine location.
